Creator–brand collaboration was happening off-platform (DMs, spreadsheets, ad-hoc contracts), causing scope creep, payment delays, and compliance risk. Packages lacked clarity, revisions weren’t bounded, and support touchpoints were inconsistent—eroding trust and killing repeat business.
Built a role-aware marketplace with parallel flows for Businesses and Creators:
Business: Post brief → compare packages → “Schedule a Call” CTA → in-app contract → tracked milestones.
Creator: Smart profile (niche, rates, deliverables), proposal composer, and SLA-bound revision logic.
Codified platform policies directly into UI (two-revision cap, monitored messaging, no off-platform sharing). Introduced a lightweight design system (atoms → cards → modals) to spin new verticals fast.
Packages 2.0: clear inclusions/exclusions, “Priority Support + Schedule a Call” add-on, tier badges, and FAQ accordions to pre-empt objections.
Application Flow: gated steps (eligibility → deliverables → timelines → terms checkbox) with an inline compliance disclaimer (“all conversations are monitored/recorded; two revisions included; 10% cap on extra-revision fees”).
Inbox & Threads: in-app messaging only, file vault, and dispute flagging; prevents sharing personal contacts.
Ops & Payouts: milestone tracker, handoff checklist, acceptance screen, and escrow-style payout queue.
Analytics: campaign dashboard for brands (cost, CTR, reach, conversion proxy), creator scorecard (win rate, on-time delivery, dispute rate).
Accessibility & Speed: mobile-first, WCAG-compliant contrast, clear status chips, and resilient error states.
+30–45% brief → proposal conversion (guided package selection + call scheduling).
-25–40% disputes (hard-coded revision limits with fee caps).
-35–50% off-platform leakage (monitored threads, masked contacts).
Faster cycle time from brief to go-live via milestone choreography and SLA prompts.
Operational metrics to track: package selection rate, proposal win rate, on-time milestone completion, dispute incidence, and repeat campaign ratio.
