SmartRoof’s legacy site looked dated, buried key value props, and forced users through multi-step forms with drop-offs on mobile. Brand assets were inconsistent across touchpoints, diluting trust and hurting paid-traffic ROI.
Built a trust-forward hero (clear value prop + instant estimate CTA), surfaced social proof above the fold, and designed a 3-step quote flow (address → roof/solar intent → contact). Integrated Calendly-style callbacks and CRM handoff to reduce response latency. Established a modular design system so new landing pages can be spun up in hours—not weeks.
Logo: geometric roofline + solar ray motif; balanced wordmark for legibility at small sizes.
Palette: Deep Navy (trust), Solar Yellow (energy), Slate Gray (technical clarity).
Type: modern sans with strong numerals for pricing and specs.
UI: sticky primary CTA, quote progress indicator, reassurance badges, and comparison cards. WCAG-aware color contrast and tap-targets optimized for mobile.
Optimized for: higher hero CTR, reduced form abandonment, faster time-to-quote, and lower CPA from paid search. Success metrics to track post-launch:
Hero CTA click-through
Form completion rate (mobile vs. desktop)
Lead quality (appointment set rate)
Page speed (LCP/TTFB) and accessibility score
